    PRBC 2022 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

    Application Process:

    To apply for a PRBC scholarship, the applicant must meet the eligibility requirements, complete and submit the on-line application that follows below. Then, email the required supplemental documents to hem@prbcdc.org The online form and the supplemental documents MUST be completed and submitted by Sunday, June 26, 2022. Incomplete and/or late applications will not be considered. ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL

    Eligibility:

    The applicant must:

    • be a PRBC member
    • have a minimum 2.0 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 GPA scale
    • be enrolled at an accredited university, college, or professional/trade school as a full-time or part-time (minimum of 6 credit hours) student

    Supplemental Documents:

    (Email to hem@prbcdc.org by Sunday, June 26, 2022)
    • Copy of current transcript (high school and/or college) with your personal identifiable information.
    • Copy of an acceptance letter received from a college, university, or trade school (first year students only)
    • 500-word essay summarizing “your most challenging experience(s) during the COVID-19 pandemic; how you overcame or managed the challenge(s) and what you learned about yourself during this time that helped you overcome the challenge(s).”
